At this time, Chronvix ships exclusively within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your Chronvix timepiece arrives damaged, please contact us at support@chronvix.com with clear photos of the issue. Our team will promptly assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified before they enter processing. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@chronvix.com to request any changes.
